As a naturopathic physician trained and licensed to practice both western and complementary medicine my technique is to educate, present choices, and then empower patients to find their unique path to health. After 16 years of private practice I realized that although on an individual basis, I’m helping these people, that there was a limit to how many people I could reach. My idea for online classes was born. I was already living and teaching about a gluten-free lifestyle so when I finally met Kelly after years of sending people to her blog, it was clear that we had to work together.
